Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop

If you're looking to tidy up mess fast then a robot vacuum and mop is the way to go. The best robot vacs and mops I've tested come with top-quality mapping and navigation, picking up Cheerios wires, tangled wires and fake dog turds with out leaving them behind.

They're also user-friendly using an app that lets you plan cleaning tasks and track what they're doing.

1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra

If you're searching for the most effective robot vacuum and mop combo with bleeding-edge features you should take a look at the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This high-end vacuum is fast and agile and picked up pet hair and human dander almost flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It comes with a sleek application interface that includes a mini-map of your home as well as buttons on the screen for manual control.

The S8's Dirt Detection Technology allows it to adjust the cleaning mode in accordance with the amount of dirt. It will wash its mopping pads more frequently when it comes across dust. Carpeted areas are given priority for mopping using a damp mopping pad.

It has a variety of other features that are smart too, including an alternative dock that connects to the plumbing in your home to clean and wash the mop roller, without having refilling it manually. You can even use voice commands to control the S8's built-in voice assistant using the phrase "Hey Rocky" to specify rooms cleaning, modes and granular controls with your voice.

2. Yeedi Cube

If you're looking for a hands-off robot vacuum that has mopping capabilities the Yeedi Cube is one of the more versatile alternatives. It's part of a plethora of combo robot vacuums with mops, but comes at a lower cost than the majority of competitors.

Like most robot vacuums, the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get it started. This involves setting up an app account and connecting the device to your WiFi network. Once you've done that, the robot will start vacuuming and mops with ease.

It's important to note that the mapping process may take a while and the Yeedi Cube may need a few attempts before it has an accurate image of your living space. In addition the detection of objects can be unpredictable and it was able to skirt furniture and other obstacles but was stuck on a looser tassel rug and had to turn it over to get free. But these are minor issues and the Yeedi Cube is still a great option for those who need an all-in-one cleaning companion.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a home cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping system uses an alternating motion that's similar to hand scrubs. This means that floors are cleaned and not just swept. The detachable vacuum stick is an innovative tool that can get to places robot vacuums cannot.

This model is nearly identical to the well-known X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction power of 8,700Pa as well as a few other smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor can learn your home better and offer dynamic obstacle avoidance. And the smart app lets you adjust the settings of your choice such as scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.

The X2 Combo is also self-prepping and has both the robot vacuum and the mop returning to their charging base after each task to wash their pads and empty their dust bins and place debris into a self-sealing bag. This helps to keep the system tidy and stops allergens from returning to the system. The battery life is long enough to clean large areas without requiring an additional charge during cleaning.

4. Eufy S1 Pro

The Eufy S1 Pro is a premium robot vacuum and mop that has impressive features for an affordable price. It is equipped with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power as well as a rotating brush for carpets and hard floors and a great obstacles-avoiding. It also features an unique mopping method that uses a roller constantly sprayed with water to collect dirt, and then dump it into the dirty water tank.

Its navigation system was efficient. It avoided the stairs and was able to navigate close to walls without crashing. It had trouble with small particles and did not always clear the thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also quite high, so this model might not be as simple to set and forget as the other models.

As with most robotic vacuums and mops the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that lets you replenish its clean water as well as empty its dustbin and mop pad, and wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance simple and allows the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in accordance with a regular schedule. You can control all its functions using the Eufy app, which provides an easy overview and lots of configurability.

5. Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is among the top vacuums/mowers on the market. It offers impressive vacuuming and mopping results. Its LIDAR mapping sensor is able to recognize furniture legs and other obstacles with decent precision, and the application lets users fine-tune the map coverage, set no-go zones, and modify cleaning preferences. The Freo's brush is specifically designed to prevent hair from wrapping itself around it. This can be an issue with a lot of robotic vacuums.

The Mop Mode is impressive too, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that spin at 180 RPM and can apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system is equipped with intelligent carpet detectors that lift these pads up when they are near soft surfaces in order to avoid contamination.

The docking station acts as an automated maintenance center that is able to wash and dry the mops, and refills them with detergent and distillate water.  vacuum bot  comes with an integrated dust removal system that compacts dust and allows for seven weeks of maintenance-free operation.

6. S10

A few hundred dollars more than the S8, this robot is a slick job at keeping my home office spotless and also take on the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to build an image of your area and knows where to stay away from. It has an object/obstacle detector that can block things like toys and dog bowls (but not the poop), unlike many vacuums.

It also comes with other notable features, like an automatic emptying dustbin and a mop pad that's self-washing and adjustable for water temperature, and a side-reaching sweeper brush that can get to places that other mops can't reach. You can also set your own cleaning schedule in the app and set custom the settings for each room in your home.

Similar to the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping, and can differentiate between laminate, carpets and hardwood with high-pile rugs. It also lets you skip cleaning rooms that aren't clean if you want to save time. If you have a variety of flooring options in your home and don't want to invest extra money on a Roborock that comes with advanced mapping features this is a great choice.

7. Q5 Pro

If you're looking to find a multi-functional robot vacuum and mop that can handle regular maintenance and touch-ups for wet messes, this little robot is a good option. It offers a broad range of features, including the ability to empty the dustbin on its own and the water refill dock, and customizable settings in the app. It's quite quiet, and it can move around furniture legs and socks effortlessly. However, it isn't able to pick up knotted rug tassels and its battery drains quicker than other models in our tests.

vacuum bot , with a price of less than $250, is a beast that comes with a powerful suction and convenient automation in a sleek. It didn't perform as well in our mopping and mopping tests as the much more expensive Roborock S8MaxV Ultra, but it still performed very well overall. It comes with a variety of cleaning options, ranging from the quiet mode with low power which is suitable for small debris to the incredibly powerful  Turbo mode for carpeted areas. It even has the ability to remove and reconnect the mop pads, and not leave your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is a great two-in-one robot vacuum and mop for those who live in small areas. It's quiet and quick and is a great choice for navigating tight spots. It is also very good in removing pet hair from carpeting.

It's smaller than many of its competitors however, it doesn't compromise any features. It has a decent suction capacity and can be programmed to take photos of each object it picks (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys) and mark them in the app as "not located' so that they will not be taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are secured and aren't tied to your account.

It is great at vacuuming, but it's not so well at mopping. It makes use of disposable wipes that are clipped to the bot's bottom, and then drags them across the floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal which have water reservoirs and will automatically wash and attach their mophead.
